Every day, we hone our writing skills during a 45 minute segment that we call "Writing Workshop." For many of our friends, this is their FAVORITE time of day. They are free to write about anything they choose....and I'm sure you can imagine the VAST array of topics that we see during this time! ;0)
We discuss where our Writing Inspiration can come from...our hearts, memories, concerns about the world, feelings, things we wonder about, and much, much more! We have also discussed fiction and nonfiction. I am so proud of all the wonderful writers in our class - we have a great group of authors (and illustrators!)
